hai baji Terms & Conditions
This document constitutes the full legal agreement between hai baji and every player who accesses or uses the platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using hai baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out below.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the hai baji platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, that gambling is not prohibited in your place of residence, and that you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hai baji platform.
Age Verification
All players must be 18 years of age or older. hai baji enforces strict age verification at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed are suspended without exception until verification is completed.
BDT Payments Only
All transactions on hai baji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. No foreign currency accounts are maintained. Currency conversion surcharges do not apply.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one hai baji account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, with any balances forfeited in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions below.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant offer documentation. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Account Security Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their hai baji login credentials. Any activity conducted through a player's account — whether authorised by the player or not — is the player's responsibility. hai baji support will never request your password via any channel.
Responsible Gaming Tools
hai baji provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to every registered player. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged. Players who feel gambling is becoming harmful should activate self-exclusion immediately via their Account Settings page.

Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits added to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total cumulative bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds (or winnings derived from Bonus Funds) become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process hai baji is required to conduct on Player accounts before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations, promotional schedules, and support hours. |
References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" include all supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.
Section 2
Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the real-money features of the hai baji Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus claims — a Player must successfully register an account. Registration constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and maintain a hai baji account, a Player must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the account is active.
- Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of hai baji or any of its technology, payment, or game-content partners.
- Not already hold an existing hai baji account — each individual may register exactly one account.
Age Verification: hai baji reserves the right to request identity documents (National ID card, passport, birth certificate, or equivalent government-issued document) at any point to verify a Player's age. Accounts where age verification is not completed within 72 hours of a formal request will be suspended. Pending withdrawals on suspended accounts are held until verification is complete.
2.2 Account Information Accuracy
Players are obligated to keep their account information current and accurate at all times. Name, address, and mobile number changes must be reported to hai baji support at promptly. Providing false registration information — including using a fictitious name, another person's identity, or a fabricated date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.3 Account Security
Players are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. hai baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) from the Account Settings page. Any wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal initiated from a Player's account is the Player's sole responsibility, regardless of whether the action was authorised by the Player. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact hai baji support immediately so the account can be secured without delay.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the hai baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hai baji does not maintain foreign currency accounts and does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to the Player's betting balance in full, subject only to any minimum transaction thresholds specified below.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hai baji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bangladeshi Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the Player's issuing bank)
Payment method availability may vary based on transaction volume, regional network availability, or temporary technical constraints. hai baji reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's hai baji balance within 60 seconds of the mobile wallet transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 banking hours during BST business hours. hai baji does not charge a deposit processing fee, though the Player's mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard BST operating hours (08:00–23:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- The Player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
- Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is granted by the hai baji compliance team.
- A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies across all payment methods.
- Any active Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be withheld from the withdrawal amount until requirements are satisfied.
- hai baji reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 BDT in a single transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: hai baji operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Deposits that are not followed by meaningful wagering activity — and are then withdrawn — may be flagged for review. Players who deposit and withdraw without placing substantive wagers may have their withdrawal requests delayed pending review, or declined, at hai baji's sole discretion.
Section 4
Betting Rules and Game Conduct
The following rules govern all wagering activity on the hai baji Platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, RNG slots and table games, crash games, and specialty games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance
A wager is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from the Player's account balance. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement that prevents confirmation, the stake is returned to the Player's balance in full. Verbal or written expressions of intent to place a bet — prior to Platform confirmation — do not constitute a binding wager.
4.2 Manifest Errors
hai baji reserves the right to void any wager where odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations were affected by a manifest technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error — regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the Player's balance. hai baji will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from reliance on erroneously published odds or game parameters.
4.3 Cricket and Sportsbook Markets
Cricket betting at hai baji covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral and ICC series, and other fixtures as published. The following rules apply to all sportsbook markets:
- Match-winner markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Abandoned or tied matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. hai baji reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
- Results derived from third-party data feeds are used for settlement. In the event of a conflict between the data feed result and the official governing body result, the official result prevails and bets may be resettled accordingly.
- BPL fixture schedules and team compositions are subject to change by the Bangladesh Cricket Board. Bets placed on fixtures subsequently rescheduled or cancelled are handled in accordance with the event-specific market rules.
4.4 Casino and RNG Games
All RNG-based games on the hai baji Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and RNG table games — use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the Platform or other players. Published RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns per session.
4.5 Crash Games
Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) use provably fair algorithms that Players may independently verify. The outcome of each crash game round is determined before the round begins. The multiplier at which a round crashes is not influenced by the total number of players in the round or the aggregate stakes placed. hai baji does not modify crash game outcomes after publication.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
hai baji offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Bangladesh players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims.
- Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's account separately from the real-money balance. Real-money funds are staked first by default unless the Platform's settings specify otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
- Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- hai baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already deposited and qualified, the Player's earned bonus entitlement will be honoured.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing low-risk combination bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion's configuration — are a material breach of these Terms. hai baji reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the hai baji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or data feed discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corruption related to markets available on the Platform.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing hai baji support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account suspension mechanisms.
Account Suspension Process: When hai baji identifies conduct that may violate these Terms, the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation. The Player will be notified via their registered email address. Investigations are typically completed within 5 business days. During suspension, the Player may not deposit, wager, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account is reinstated and any pending withdrawals are processed without further delay.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hai baji's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hai baji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. This limitation applies regardless of whether hai baji was advised of the possibility of such losses.
hai baji does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network outages (including interruptions affecting Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, or Teletalk mobile data services), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. hai baji will use reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". hai baji makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the uninterrupted availability of any specific game, market, or payment method.
Section 8
Amendments and Termination
8.1 Amendments to These Terms
hai baji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that substantively affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policies — will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (e.g., clarifications, typographical corrections, or additions of new game categories) take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting hai baji support at . Upon receiving a closure request, hai baji will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance within standard processing timelines, void any active Bonus Funds, and deactivate the account. Players who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming tools may not reopen their account during the exclusion period — this restriction is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.
8.3 Platform-Initiated Closure
hai baji may close or permanently suspend a Player's account without prior notice in circumstances including: confirmed breach of these Terms, identity fraud, confirmed underage gambling, money laundering activity, match-fixing involvement, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players. In cases of fraud-related closure, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
8.4 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the hai baji Platform that cannot be resolved through the standard support escalation process should be submitted in writing to with a full description of the dispute and the relief sought. hai baji will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (BST) and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
